When people experience trauma or severe life stressors due to addiction, it is not uncommon for their lives to unravel. My passion is to help people deal with their emotions in a healthy manner and develop healthy coping strategies. I help my clients develop acceptance, healthy communication skills, high self worth and self esteem and find healthy perceptions of themselves in order to build healthy relationships with others.
I know every client is unique and needs an individualized approach to address their specific needs. I have worked in the substance abuse field for 13 years. I am a Substance Abuse counselor, Anger Management Counselor, Mindfulness and Meditation teacher and a Reiki therapist.
